I feel very lucky to have participated in NGSchool2025: Sequencing Toolbox for Computational Biologists where I was spreading the best practices in bioinformatics in a workshop about Reproducible research with #nextflow . Special thank you to the members of the hackathon group Andrey Przhibelskiy and I held: Katia Scheglova, Alisa Rodionova-Kravchenko, Kateřina Večerková, Kateryna Nemesh, Dmitrij Manakov (Kazancev) , Angelos Kozonakis and Grygoriy Zolotarov . They are truly a brilliant group of people – not only have they surpassed all our scientific expectations, but they’ve also created an incredible atmosphere throughout the process.
